This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2. Publication of These Terms

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use for access to or usage of the domain name thlengta.com (the “Website”), including the related mobile site and progressive web application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

3. Platform Owner

The Platform is owned and operated by Enfuego Tech Store, a proprietorship registered under applicable Indian law, bearing GSTIN 15EZAPR6687D1Z1, and having its principal place of business at Below Vanapa Hall, A-132 Vaivakawn Road, Aizawl, Mizoram 796001, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Thleng Ta! (Thlengta) is a product and service brand of Enfuego Tech Store and is not a separate legal entity.

4. Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform, Services, and tools is governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and the applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to that transaction. By using the Platform, you contract with the Platform Owner, and these Terms of Use and policies constitute your binding obligations to the Platform Owner.

These Terms of Use relate to your use of our Website and services (collectively, the “Services”). Any terms proposed by you which are additional to or conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected and shall have no force or effect. These Terms of Use may be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict, suspend, or cancel an account, or correct account details, where reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, fraud, unlawful use, non-payment, or legal requirement. You may request account cancellation through the available account controls or by contacting us.

10. Product, Service, Order, and Pricing Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, features, availability, and pricing for our digital Services. However, information may occasionally be incomplete or contain errors. Enfuego Tech Store may correct errors, update information, or change a Service or price before purchase. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless expressly stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. The plan, billing interval, taxes, add-ons, and total amount shown during a confirmed purchase govern that transaction.

Submitting an order or payment request does not by itself constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel a transaction before activation where a Service is unavailable, pricing or service information is materially incorrect, payment is not successfully verified, or fraud or unauthorized use is reasonably suspected. If we cancel a successfully collected payment before providing the Service, it will be handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment gateways. We take reasonable steps to maintain payment availability, but are not responsible for temporary gateway, banking-network, or connectivity failures outside our reasonable control.

Neither we nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of information and materials offered through the Website or Services for a specific purpose. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These links and integrations are provided for convenience and operation of the Services; Enfuego Tech Store is not responsible for third-party content or independent practices.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enfuego Tech Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, opportunity, business, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

16. Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Enfuego Tech Store, its affiliates and group entities, as applicable, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, action, reasonable legal fees, or penalty arising from your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or other policies; your violation of law; or your violation of a third party's rights, including intellectual-property rights.

17. Force Majeure

The parties shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation where performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, interruption of telecommunications or power, governmental action, labor disruption, or failure of banking or payment networks.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, security requirements, or applicable law. Changes become effective when published on this page unless a later date is stated. You should review this page periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aizawl, Mizoram, without limiting any mandatory right available under applicable consumer law.
