Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to Thleng Ta! subscriptions purchased under the business entity Enfuego Tech.
Subscription Billing Name
Your payment statement, checkout, or invoice may show Enfuego Tech for Thleng Ta! subscriptions.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Access typically remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated in your plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
As Thleng Ta! is a digital SaaS product, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, we may review refund requests in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment/duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
- Billing error caused by technical malfunction.
- Unauthorized charge verified after review.
3. Non-Refundable Cases (General)
- Partial use or non-use of the service during an active billing period.
- Change of mind after subscription activation.
- Failure to cancel before renewal date.
- Configuration issues on the customer side where the service is otherwise available.
4. How to Request a Refund Review
Email thlengtaapp@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, amount, and payment/subscription reference. We may request additional details to verify the request.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the issuing bank/payment provider, and may take several business days.
6. Plan Changes
Plan upgrades/downgrades and billing-cycle changes may be handled within the platform and may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the subscription setup. Contact support if you need help with billing changes.
