Thleng Ta! is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by Enfuego Tech. This page explains how shipping and exchange apply to our digital service.
Digital Service Notice
Thleng Ta! provides software access and subscription services. No physical goods are shipped in standard subscription plans.
1. Shipping
Shipping is not applicable for Thleng Ta! subscription plans because the product is delivered digitally through web and PWA access. After account activation and successful payment, service access is provided online.
2. Delivery of Service
Access to paid features is generally enabled after successful payment verification and subscription activation. In some cases, activation may require account verification, review, or a short processing window.
3. Exchange
Exchange of physical products is not applicable because Thleng Ta! is a software service. If you selected the wrong plan or billing cycle, please contact support to review available plan change options.
4. Technical Access Issues
If you face activation or access issues after payment, contact thlengtaapp@gmail.com with your account email and payment details. We will review and assist with activation or billing corrections.
