These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Thleng Ta!, a software product/brand operated by Enfuego Tech. By using Thleng Ta!, you agree to these terms.
Brand and Billing Identity
Thleng Ta! is operated by Enfuego Tech. Subscription charges, invoices, and payment records may display the business name Enfuego Tech.
1. Service Scope
Thleng Ta! is a location-based attendance and workflow software service for businesses. Features may include attendance tracking, break logs, leave workflows, dashboards, exports, and notifications.
2. Accounts and Access
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials, PINs, and device access secure. The account owner is responsible for activities performed through owner, manager, and staff accounts under the business workspace.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan). Billing is processed through approved payment providers under Enfuego Tech. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
4. Acceptable Use
- You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform.
- You must not misuse employee/staff personal data collected through the platform.
5. Data Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the correctness of store settings, location radius, staff records, and attendance policies configured in their workspace. Thleng Ta! records events based on system inputs and configured workflows.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, or connectivity issues may affect availability.
7. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, or security risks. Customers may stop using the service at any time and may cancel subscriptions according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Enfuego Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant billing period.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Thleng Ta! after updates means you accept the revised terms.
